Terms and Conditions

Returns Policy:

Due to the custom nature of this shops I cannot issue returns or exchanges. Any order mistakes must be brought to my attention within one week of the item being delivered.

Sizing:

All sizes for each items should be ordered based on the measuring chart on each listing. Each pattern varies so be sure to check measurements before placing an order. If measured correctly you will get a perfect fit. If you need a sizing change I would be happy to change that if an item has not been cut yet. 

Imperfections: 

Slight imperfections may occur on some items. While I do my best to catch them all, some may sneak past me. Every item in this shop is handmade, so instead of thinking of them as imperfection we like to think it adds character. With that being said please let me know if there are any major flaws that need to be brought to my attention. Any items with flaws must be brought to my attention within one week of the item being delivered. 

Turn Around Time:

Turn around time is currently at 6-8 weeks from placing your order until shipment.
